The VacMaster VP545 extends the life of food, decreases commercial food waste and costs, and reduces freezer burn. Built with 2 20 seal bars, cycle time is a rapid 20-40 seconds. Stainless steel construction with heavy-duty smoke-colored dome lid. This floor model comes with 2 filler plates and 4 easy rolling casters. The benefit of the gas flush option in VacMaster VP325 and VP545 (the only machines with gas flush option) is that they are usually used for more fragile products (baked goods, chips, soft fruits, dried food, pasta, and even pre-cooked meals) and allow the user to vacuum down as far as they can without crushing the product, then pumping in nitrogen to further vacuum.
